Payments and cancellations
Services are cash-pay unless otherwise agreed. Pricing is displayed before you complete a visit or purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Refunds and cancellation policies are described at the point of purchase and may vary by service.
User conduct and prohibited use
You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, transmit harmful code, or use the platform for emergencies or life-threatening conditions. If you believe you have a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.
